Today I am sharing some of my completed bullet journal pages and my set up for Janauary so far.
There is not much to say about the pages really, I think they speak for themselves.
Here first of all are my final December pages:
All the elements are hand drawn. For those of you who are into stationery, I used Micron pens, Tombow Brushmarkers and Crayola Supertips. I just noticed that I photographed the above spread before it was filled in, trust me, I filled all of it in by now 😄.
For the new year I decided to change things up a bit, - this is what I love about bullet journaling, it is totally up to you how you want to do it.
A hand-lettered quote and the 2018 title page, because I starated in October there is still loads of space left in this journal, so I decided to just continue in the same one ( The Leuchtturm1917 dotted journal).
This is probaly my favourite page in the whole journal so far, unlike the January page below, which I don't like at all, but hey ho, some pages work and some don't, I guess it's all good practice. That's one of the things I like about bullet journaling, not only does it help me to stay on track, it also makes me paint and draw almost every day.
I decided to go with a sort of snowy wintry theme for my January pages, and my accent colour is grey. There will be more January pages to follow, but for now I will finish with my future log where I can note down any main things coming up between now and June.
Well that's it for now, thanks for your visit. I know this is not the usual mixed media stuff I normally blog, but it's part of my artistic journey right now, and therefore I decided to post these kind of spreads here every once in a while. I have decided to add this to Susi's Art Journal Journey where the theme is new adventures.

Wonderful journal, love all the illustrations, this is really a treasure. Hugs, Valerie
I could only dream of achieving something so magnificent as this Astrid. A personal work of art that must be a sheer joy to work in. I'm sure there is a massive market out there for personal planners just like this, you should think about designing one to publish... Creative Hugs Tracey xx
Oh my heavens Astrid !! This is just soooo beautiful and such a work of art never mind a bullet journal! Mine is so simplistic in comparison. I love all your wonderful doodles, sketching and beautiful drawn images. Just wonderful ! x
I'm really enjoying these peeks inside your bullet journal. Your lettering is really fantastic, and the whole look is so pretty. Your mountain-scapes are simply amazing - I want to go there!

I do love your bullet journal, and your 2018 scene is just gorgeous. Do you find setting up takes a lot of time? And do you find you keep up with all the filling in? I ask since I would like to try bullet journaling but not sure with everything else if I would keep up with it. However, I really enjoyed looking at yours. Thanks for sharing with us at AJJ, and I hope we get to see more of your bullet journal soon. Hugs-Erika
Thank you for showing us your fantastic bullet journal layouts. The title page for 2018 is gorgeous. I think a number of us are keeping some kind of creative diary journal this year. I look forward to seeing more of your pages.

I could never accomplish anything like this, Astrid. It is unbelievably gorgeous. To say I am in awe of your drawing skills is an understatement. Thank you beyond belief for sharing this with us at Art Journal Journey. I might never have seen it, otherwise.

Wow Wow Wow Astrid. This bullet journal is truly an amazing work of art. The time it must have taken you cannot be counted as it shows how much you love this art. I did treat myself to The Little Bullet Book and I really am enjoying it. I'd love to do something like this, but taking time to keep it updated might be a problem. See you Soon. Hugs Rita xxx
Your bullet journal is so much fun Astrid! I love all the Christmas images, bells and baubles! So festive! Your welcome to 2018 page is stunning, love the imagery! Beautiful start for the new year, especially love the mountain range across the bottom! sending hugs :)
