Hello everyone and welcome!! Well here we are, the 3rd of April, it's meant to be Spring, but here in Edinburgh it's just another grey and drizzly day.....
If you are in a part of the world, where Spring is hiding still, I made a tag, full of flowers as a reminder, some day, they will hopefully appear.
Here is a sneak peek
If you want to see more and how I put this together, please head over to the Calicocraft blog.
Hope you like it and maybe you are lucky enough to have some sunshine where you are......

Such a beautiful tag Astrid. I can see why you're in love with these wooden elements. Jenny x
Dear Astrid, I would love to send you some of our sun - (most of my friends are in Edinburgh and we are not longer talking about the weather *lol) I totaly love your card - such an brilliant work of art - totaly adorable! xoxo SanDee1899
Hopped, looked, commented. Such a fab design Astrid, quite droolworthy in fact, lol. Chris xxx
Your tag is stunning as always Astrid, and I´m sure, it would look even better in sunshine, which I´m sooo lucky to have here in Denmark today. But it´ll look gorgeous anywhere with all the beauty you´ve added to it, I´m sure. It´s really gorgeous work as usual hun.
Hope you´ll get some sun later in the day too.
love your sneak peeps, going over to have a look ... we are just coming into Autumn here, and I am so sick of summer it has been sooooooooooooo hot, and my garden has suffered ... hugz x
Such a lovely tag and I love the pink!
stunning peak Astrid - beautiful colours - off to check out the full piece xx
I'm with you Astrid no spring where I am. I fact we still have lots of snow and it snowed last nigh. Ugh...
I had to giggle, I'm not a sweet flowery crafter either and yet I have flowers all over my project yesterday. Maybe that's why we add flowers? Great addition of the rusty heart, hardens it up. It's beautiful!
Well, not much spring here yet so your tag is very welcome, Astrid!! I really love it and I love the rusty heart to take away some of the sweetness. I have several rusty ornaments tucked into my flower beds in my gardens so that's what your heart reminded me of! Lovely tag!
Beautiful tag! Thank you for sharing so beautiful freebies on this blog. I have printed some of them and made some little tags from those, because I understood that those are free for everyone´s own use. Thank you so much! I posted them in my blog if you want to check out: http://kristallihelmi.blogspot.fi/2014/04/pienen-rasian-koristelua.html
Just seen your gorgeous tag on Facebook, Annette x

Spring is out there it's been here since January when our local spring flowers were blooming, it was so odd...
We have magnolias, daffodils and more flowers blooming, just not too warm weather from the wind & rain. Been a freaky year so far...
BEAUTIFUL Tag, stunning flowers, great colours. Edinburgh is a beautiful place to live, you are a very lucky lady:-) xxx
Just had a look at your tag and it is delightful!! Love the colour and love that crackle finish on the flourishes. Beautiful work as always Astrid!! ox
Hope spring will come soon in Edinburgh, too. Here in Germany spring has already sprung.
Have just taken a look over at Calico - your tag looks wonderful, love the torn edges and the wire arond the heart.
A beautiful spray if spring flowers, love the wired heart and the lovely background colours
Hope you have some spring sunshine now, iwe have and all the Daisy's are smiling
Hugs
