The current challenge theme over at Simon Says Stamp and Show is the letter S. Loved that theme straight away and after a little thought decided to go for Shabby chic, combined with Sapphire Blue, Sky and Stamping of course. Here is my make:
It's a tag holder made from a size 12 giant tag. I folded the bottom up to create the pocket and punched it with a Martha Stewart punch for a decorative edge. It was coloured with various blue Distress Stains, paints and inks. I decorated the front with some Spellbinder dies. The take wing stamp and butterfly I found some years ago in a dollar bin at Michaels.
This flower was made with the help of a Hampton Arts stamp, the other flowers were white roses from my Stash, coloured with some home made Sprays using Chipped Sapphire Distress re-inker and Silver perfect pearls.
I created a little tag to go inside the pocket and embellished it with some bits and pieces from the Graphics 45 Place in Time collection. I chose the little boy because I think he looks Sweet and Sassy
Well, hope you like this little project, I had fun creating it and thinking of all these Ss (now how on earth would you spell the plural of S??)
Thank you for visiting and I hope you get some time to play today...
I am putting this into the following challenges:
Simon Says Stamp and Show: The letter S
