The Three Muses Printed Word

It's a long time since I have blogged one of my journal spreads, but here is a double page incorporating the printed word. I use torn book pages a lot in my art, so this was an easy challenge. I'm also posting the second side of my Frida journal page for an art swap. The main image is a new stamp I got from Happy Daze

  2. Very creative looking journal spread. It looks Roman somehow to me..the feather changes that feeling. I also like the Freida image.

  23. Great job! The bizarre children's image gives a Gothic touch to it. The other one is nice too and Frida Kahlo, herself,is already a guaranteed success.

Just got a whole lot of new stamps from a brilliant place called the Stamp Smith. This is the image that I first saw on Docraft and really liked. I asked the friend who has used it in an ATC, where she got it. Well she borrowed it from a friend who got it from ebay as a one off. But.... it had a title. I googled the title, and hey presto found the site. They have great stamps and offer a really friendly fast service. I highly recommend them!
