The Three Muses "In your dreams"

The theme at the Three Muses is Dreams. I'm afraid to say with about 70 Christmas cards to make, I decided to cmbine this one with a Christmas card. I've called it "Dreaming of Snow". I do dream of snow as I love the white stillnes and serenity a soft layer brings on a crisp winter morning. Here in Scotland we don't get many of these. Winter usually means damp, cold, soggy rain, but hey, here's hoping...

Ooh yes, I mean if it's going to be cold, it could at least do the decent thing and snow right? Maybe we'll have another big blanket like last year. Couldn't get to work for two days because my road was blocked! Great!

Astrid, your card is superb. The textures are stunning and the colours are beautiful. All we can do in this part of the world is dream about snow because it is never going to happen! Please send some of your cold weather over here.
Great work. Thanks so much for taking part in the challenge.

What a lovely card! The colors are soft and serene, just as new-fallen snow. I hope your dream comes true at least once this year, Astrid. I agree, there is nothing more beautiful than the world blanketed in silent white. When I was a child, we were often snowbound, and the drifts were sometimes so high you could walk over fencetops. It was magic.

Astrid what a super and clever idea to combine dreaming with your Christmas card wishes. I too ALWAYS dream of snow for Christmas day, but it never comes until February. Ah well.

Here is the southern part of the USA snow is something we dream of but rarely see. This dream is so pretty. I love the way you used both of the backgrounds. Lovely.

Just got a whole lot of new stamps from a brilliant place called the Stamp Smith. This is the image that I first saw on Docraft and really liked. I asked the friend who has used it in an ATC, where she got it. Well she borrowed it from a friend who got it from ebay as a one off. But.... it had a title. I googled the title, and hey presto found the site. They have great stamps and offer a really friendly fast service. I highly recommend them!
