Another altered envelope

Here is another altered envelopes. A different swap and the theme had to be flowers. I love doing these, they are so much fun. I made the actual envelope myself too as they had to be in a size you can't get here in the UK.

WOW! This envelope is beautiful!

Have you ever thought about doing a tutorial? Do you create these digitally, then print and apply (or make) the envelope? Or are they "physical" layers upon layers?

Either way, this is just fantastic!

Astrid, your art envelopes are mind-blowingly glorious. (I am trying not to use the E-word for exquisite). This one is amazing and magnificent. A huge standing ovation from me.

Wow, der Umschlag ist genial, Astrid! Mich würde auch interessieren, ob du ihn bestempelt hast ... oder Transfertechnik ... oder Serviettentechnik ... oder...
Jedenfalls ist er genau nach meinem Geschmack!

I can just imagine how I'd feel if I received a letter in an envelope that looked as beautiful as the one you created. This one is soft and serene looking. Love it.

Astrid, I can just imagine the wonderful comments of the mail carriers and other postal workers as they handle this envelope. I often make my own envelopes too, to match the size of cards I've made. I love the elegance of this beautiful piece of art.

Just got a whole lot of new stamps from a brilliant place called the Stamp Smith. This is the image that I first saw on Docraft and really liked. I asked the friend who has used it in an ATC, where she got it. Well she borrowed it from a friend who got it from ebay as a one off. But.... it had a title. I googled the title, and hey presto found the site. They have great stamps and offer a really friendly fast service. I highly recommend them!
