The Three Muses "Wild Things"

"Wild Things" is the theme at the three Ms. This week I decided to give digital a miss, I still feel largely out of my depth with it,particularly in comparison with some of the amazing digital artists that post for this challnege. So it was back to the old craft table. I made a collaged atc. I love the image of this woman, I feel she shows such abandonement, that's why I felt she fitted the theme. I have called in "Wild Woman"

Well, good morning Scotland!! This is beautifully done, Astrid. What a wonderful example of what we intend our challenge to be .... bringing your artistic expression to the challenge, no matter the style. You've achieved a subtle, blended effect that's quite striking. Thanks for joining us!

She certainly does seem to exude an air of abandonment Astrid and I bet she was a bit of a wild thing in her day. I often feel envious of artists such as yourself who are able to create in the way you do. Bravo.

This is beautiful & your background has so much depth. I admire the work of the great digital artists on here and would like to learn but will always have scissors and paper in my hands as well!

Just got a whole lot of new stamps from a brilliant place called the Stamp Smith. This is the image that I first saw on Docraft and really liked. I asked the friend who has used it in an ATC, where she got it. Well she borrowed it from a friend who got it from ebay as a one off. But.... it had a title. I googled the title, and hey presto found the site. They have great stamps and offer a really friendly fast service. I highly recommend them!
