Tag challenge "Punch Art"

The challenge at he Tag you're it site is to create a tag using punches. Now that was a real challenge for me as I haven't really used punches since my early days of paper crafting. I do however have a small collection of them and have to say, once I got in to it I had great fun. I used an autumn/fall theme and called it season of mist. I had this stamp from Clarity Stamps with the beginning of John Keats wonderful poem on it, so this was a great opportunity to use it at last. All the papers I used to punch are hand painted. The tag is an ordinary shipping tag.

Astrid this is fabulous!!! I know what you mean about punches. When Deb set the theme I kind of Eeek'ed a bit because I didn't think I used punches - till I thought about it then realised I actually use them all the time!! This is just wondeful - I love the colours and the poem is beautiful - will check that out in full later! Thank You so much for playing along! ;o) xx

Just got a whole lot of new stamps from a brilliant place called the Stamp Smith. This is the image that I first saw on Docraft and really liked. I asked the friend who has used it in an ATC, where she got it. Well she borrowed it from a friend who got it from ebay as a one off. But.... it had a title. I googled the title, and hey presto found the site. They have great stamps and offer a really friendly fast service. I highly recommend them!
