After all the Tim Holtz tags, here are two more traditional card. I love playing with my inks and sprays, but I love playing with beautiful papers and dies too, so here goes. One is an Easter card and the other a thank you card for a friend who did me a great kindness.
And card number two:
Stamps are from Just Rite and from Flourishes
Oh wow your cards are dream Astrid.
ReplyDeleteWonderful details. Love them both. xoxo
Beautiful cards, Astrid. Love the vintage/distressed look of the second one. Oh to have a hat like that. :)

ReplyDeleteWow! Astrid, both of your cards look AMAZING! I love how you dry embossed the cross and added the color. If that's what you did. It's beautful!
ReplyDeleteAnd what die is that die for your sentiment panel?
Gorgeous, gorgeous creations!
Hugs and smiles
Hello Astrid - your Easter card is beautiful! it must have taken ages to do, but very well worth it. May I just wish you a very Happy Easter if you celebrate it, or a very nice Easter holiday if you don't. Hugs from Mary G x

Oh wow, you do make such pretty creations Astrid. These are both beyond gorgeous and I can just imagine how touched your friend was to receive her thankyou card. It's really beautiful and that delicate corner swirl is right at the top of my wish list.
